Flooring Installer/Refinisher

We are currently looking to fill a full-time position for a flooring installer/refinisher. Construction or Flooring experience is a plus, but we are willing to train you if you’re willing to learn.

‍

An ideal candidate will demonstrate and possess the following:

• Follow direction and instruction well.
• Punctual.

Daily job duties:

‍

• Installation of flooring surfaces such as hardwood, LVP, and carpet.
• Sand & finish existing hardwood flooring.
• Demolition and prep work on job sites.
• Move furniture and appliances.
• Follow company safety policies.
• Lift & Carry equipment and material up to 100lbs.
• Constant lifting, bending, and working on knees throughout the day.

Schedule:

‍

• Monday-Thursday, 7 am-5 pm.
• Can vary depending on the job. Occasional Friday to complete jobs on schedule.

• Dependent on experience - starting at $18/per hour.
• No benefits
